Descripción del puesto
Los Directores de Manejo de Emergencias son responsables de desarrollar y coordinar los planes para enfrentar desastres y emergencias a nivel local, estatal o federal. Este rol implica evaluar riesgos potenciales, organizar simulacros y capacitar a los equipos de respuesta. Además, trabajan en colaboración con agencias gubernamentales y organizaciones comunitarias para garantizar una respuesta efectiva ante situaciones de crisis, como desastres naturales, emergencias médicas o incidentes de seguridad pública.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
- Desarrollar y actualizar planes de respuesta a emergencias y protocolos de seguridad.
- Coordinar con agencias locales, estatales y federales para asegurar una respuesta rápida y efectiva.
- Supervisar simulacros de emergencia y programas de capacitación para el personal de respuesta.
- Monitorear eventos en tiempo real y activar los planes de emergencia cuando sea necesario.
- Gestionar los recursos y personal durante situaciones de crisis.
- Realizar evaluaciones post-emergencia para identificar áreas de mejora en los protocolos.
