Los empleados de órdenes de pedido son responsables de procesar las solicitudes de los clientes, asegurando que los productos se preparen y envíen de manera precisa y eficiente. Trabajan estrechamente con los departamentos de inventario, ventas y envío para verificar la disponibilidad de productos y garantizar que los pedidos se gestionen correctamente, desde la recepción de la solicitud hasta la entrega final. Son clave para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente a través de un servicio preciso y puntual.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
- Recibir y revisar órdenes de pedido de clientes, asegurando que toda la información esté completa y correcta.
- Verificar la disponibilidad de productos en inventario y coordinar con el departamento de almacén.
- Ingresar las órdenes en el sistema de gestión de pedidos y generar las facturas correspondientes.
- Coordinar con el equipo de envío para garantizar la entrega oportuna de los productos solicitados.
- Responder a consultas de los clientes relacionadas con el estado de sus pedidos y ofrecer soluciones en caso de problemas.
- Mantener registros detallados de las órdenes de pedido y actualizar el inventario según sea necesario.
El candidato ideal debe tener habilidades en la gestión de pedidos, capacidad para trabajar con precisión y bajo presión, y excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente. Además, se valoran conocimientos en software de gestión de inventarios y pedidos, así como la capacidad para trabajar en equipo y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
