Los empleados de recepción en hoteles, moteles y centros turísticos son la cara visible del establecimiento, responsables de brindar una excelente atención al cliente desde el momento del registro hasta la salida. Gestionan las reservaciones, atienden las consultas de los huéspedes y coordinan los servicios necesarios para garantizar una estancia placentera. Además, son responsables de gestionar el flujo de personas, asegurando que las políticas del establecimiento se cumplan en todo momento.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
- Recibir y registrar a los huéspedes en el sistema, proporcionando la información necesaria sobre su estancia.
- Gestionar las reservaciones, confirmaciones y cancelaciones de habitaciones.
- Responder a preguntas y solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera cortés y eficiente.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos del establecimiento, como limpieza y mantenimiento, para cumplir con las necesidades de los huéspedes.
- Procesar los pagos de los huéspedes al momento de la salida y emitir facturas.
- Garantizar que el área de recepción esté limpia y ordenada, proporcionando una primera impresión positiva a los visitantes.
