Gestionan las reservaciones, atienden las consultas de los huéspedes y coordinan los servicios necesarios para garantizar una estancia placentera. Además, son responsables de gestionar el flujo de personas, asegurando que las políticas del establecimiento se cumplan en todo momento.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
- Recibir y registrar a los huéspedes en el sistema, proporcionando la información necesaria sobre su estancia.
- Gestionar las reservaciones, confirmaciones y cancelaciones de habitaciones.
- Responder a preguntas y solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera cortés y eficiente.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos del establecimiento, como limpieza y mantenimiento, para cumplir con las necesidades de los huéspedes.
