Perfil del Puesto de Especialista en Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional
El especialista en salud y seguridad ocupacional es responsable de desarrollar e implementar políticas y prácticas que garanticen un entorno laboral seguro y saludable para todos los empleados. Este profesional evalúa riesgos, imparte capacitaciones y supervisa el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad para prevenir accidentes y enfermedades laborales. Su labor es fundamental para fomentar una cultura de seguridad en toda la organización.
Principales Actividades
- Identificar y evaluar riesgos en el entorno laboral mediante inspecciones regulares y análisis de seguridad.
- Desarrollar e implementar programas de salud y seguridad ocupacional que cumplan con la normativa vigente.
- Capacitar al personal en prácticas seguras y procedimientos de emergencia.
- Supervisar el uso adecuado de equipos de protección personal (EPP) y asegurar su disponibilidad.
- Documentar y analizar incidentes de seguridad, implementando medidas preventivas para evitar recurrencias.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para integrar la seguridad ocupacional en todos los procesos de la organización.
