Los Evaluadores y Clasificadores de Productos Agrícolas se encargan de evaluar, tipificar y clasificar alimentos no procesados y otros productos agrícolas según criterios como tipo, tamaño, peso, color o estado. Su labor es fundamental para asegurar que solo los productos de calidad lleguen al mercado o sean procesados posteriormente.

- Colocar los productos en recipientes de acuerdo a su clasificación.
- Marcar las clasificaciones en los recipientes para asegurar una correcta identificación y manejo.
