Flebotomistas: Rol y Responsabilidades
Los Flebotomistas son profesionales de la salud encargados de extraer muestras de sangre de pacientes para análisis médicos, transfusiones, investigaciones o donaciones. Su trabajo es fundamental para obtener diagnósticos precisos y garantizar el bienestar del paciente durante el procedimiento. Los flebotomistas combinan habilidades técnicas y un trato amable para brindar una experiencia cómoda y segura a los pacientes.
Obligaciones del Puesto
- Extraer muestras de sangre de manera precisa y segura utilizando técnicas estériles.
- Preparar y etiquetar adecuadamente las muestras para su transporte al laboratorio.
- Verificar la identidad del paciente y la correspondencia con las órdenes médicas.
- Registrar información detallada sobre las muestras recolectadas en los sistemas correspondientes.
- Ayudar a los pacientes a sentirse cómodos durante el procedimiento, especialmente en casos de ansiedad o miedo a las agujas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene en cada extracción.
Fisioterapeutas también se llaman:
