Funciones y Responsabilidades del Gerente de Desarrollo de Energía Eólica
El Gerente de Desarrollo de Energía Eólica lidera proyectos relacionados con la generación de energía sostenible a partir del viento. Este puesto abarca desde la identificación de sitios adecuados hasta la planificación, ejecución y operación de proyectos eólicos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos financieros, técnicos y ambientales.
Principales Actividades
- Identificar y evaluar sitios potenciales para proyectos de energía eólica mediante estudios de viabilidad técnica, económica y ambiental.
- Gestionar los permisos requeridos por las autoridades locales, estatales y federales.
- Supervisar las fases de diseño, construcción y puesta en marcha de proyectos eólicos.
- Establecer relaciones con comunidades locales, socios estratégicos y proveedores clave.
- Monitorear el desempeño de los proyectos y proponer mejoras para optimizar la generación de energía.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas ambientales, de seguridad y de calidad aplicables al sector.
Aptitudes Básicas: El candidato ideal debe tener una sólida comprensión del sector energético, especialmente en energías renovables, así como experiencia en gestión de proyectos complejos. Se valoran habilidades de liderazgo, negociación y planificación estratégica, además de conocimientos técnicos en aerogeneradores, análisis de datos meteorológicos y regulación ambiental.
