El Gerente de Entretenimiento y Recreación es responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar actividades recreativas, eventos y programas de entretenimiento diseñados para brindar experiencias únicas y memorables a los participantes. Este puesto es esencial en establecimientos como resorts, cruceros, centros turísticos, clubes y otras instalaciones recreativas.
Responsabilidades Diarias
- Diseñar y ejecutar programas de entretenimiento que se alineen con las necesidades y preferencias del público objetivo.
- Supervisar al personal de entretenimiento, incluyendo animadores, técnicos y coordinadores de actividades.
- Gestionar presupuestos de entretenimiento y asegurar el uso eficiente de los recursos asignados.
- Evaluar la satisfacción de los clientes mediante encuestas y observaciones, ajustando los programas según sea necesario.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos, como marketing y operaciones, para promocionar eventos y garantizar una experiencia cohesiva.
- Garantizar que todas las actividades cumplan con las normativas de seguridad y estándares de calidad del establecimiento.
