Descripción del Cargo de Gerente de Relaciones Públicas
El gerente de relaciones públicas es responsable de planificar y dirigir las estrategias de comunicación de una organización para construir y mantener una imagen positiva. Este rol implica gestionar relaciones con los medios, coordinar campañas de comunicación y actuar como enlace entre la empresa y el público.
Funciones Principales
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de relaciones públicas para mejorar la percepción pública de la organización.
- Gestionar la comunicación con los medios, incluyendo la redacción de comunicados de prensa y la organización de ruedas de prensa.
- Supervisar las plataformas de comunicación digital, como redes sociales y sitios web corporativos.
- Gestionar crisis de comunicación y proteger la reputación de la organización durante situaciones críticas.
- Fomentar relaciones con líderes comunitarios, patrocinadores y aliados estratégicos.
- Organizar eventos corporativos y actividades de responsabilidad social empresarial.
- Supervisar la producción de materiales de marketing y comunicación, como boletines y folletos.
