Perfil del Puesto de Gerente de Sistemas de Computación e Información
El Gerente de Sistemas de Computación e Información es responsable de la planificación, implementación y supervisión de la infraestructura tecnológica de una empresa. Su función principal es garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de información, la ciberseguridad y la optimización de recursos tecnológicos para mejorar la eficiencia operativa de la organización.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
- Gestión de infraestructura tecnológica: Supervisar el mantenimiento y actualización de servidores, redes y sistemas informáticos.
- Seguridad informática: Implementar protocolos de ciberseguridad para proteger la información y prevenir accesos no autorizados.
- Desarrollo e implementación de software: Coordinar la adquisición o desarrollo de nuevas herramientas tecnológicas para mejorar los procesos internos.
- Supervisión del equipo de TI: Liderar el departamento de tecnología y asignar tareas para garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Gestión de proveedores tecnológicos: Negociar y contratar servicios de tecnología, asegurando calidad y costos óptimos.
- Soporte y mantenimiento: Garantizar la disponibilidad y correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas informáticos de la empresa.
- Planificación estratégica: Diseñar planes de crecimiento tecnológico alineados con los objetivos empresariales.
