Descripción General del Cargo de Gerente Financiero
El Gerente Financiero es responsable de la planificación, gestión y supervisión de las finanzas de una empresa. Su función principal es garantizar la estabilidad económica de la organización, optimizando recursos y diseñando estrategias para maximizar la rentabilidad y minimizar riesgos financieros. Además, lidera la elaboración de presupuestos, análisis de inversiones y cumplimiento de normativas contables y fiscales.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
- Gestión y planificación financiera: Desarrollar estrategias para optimizar los recursos económicos y garantizar la sostenibilidad de la empresa.
- Supervisión de presupuestos: Elaborar y controlar presupuestos para mejorar la rentabilidad y reducir costos innecesarios.
- Análisis de inversiones: Evaluar oportunidades de inversión, riesgos financieros y retorno de capital.
- Gestión de flujo de caja: Supervisar la liquidez de la empresa y asegurar el cumplimiento de compromisos financieros.
- Control contable y fiscal: Garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones contables y tributarias.
- Relación con entidades financieras: Negociar con bancos, inversionistas y proveedores de crédito para obtener financiamiento y optimizar condiciones.
- Supervisión del equipo financiero: Dirigir y coordinar al equipo contable y financiero para el cumplimiento de los objetivos empresariales.
