Guía y Escolta de Excursiones: Seguridad y Acompañamiento
Los guías y escoltas de excursiones son responsables de acompañar y asistir a grupos de turistas en sus recorridos, garantizando una experiencia informativa, segura y bien organizada. Su labor incluye brindar explicaciones sobre los destinos, atender cualquier necesidad del grupo y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad durante la actividad.
Obligaciones del Puesto
- Planificar y liderar excursiones en entornos urbanos, rurales o naturales.
- Brindar información detallada sobre la historia, cultura y características del destino.
- Velar por la seguridad del grupo y aplicar protocolos en caso de emergencia.
- Coordinar la logística del recorrido, incluyendo traslados y accesos a sitios turísticos.
- Atender las necesidades de los excursionistas y resolver imprevistos de manera efectiva.
- Fomentar una experiencia agradable y enriquecedora para los viajeros.
Para este puesto, se requiere una persona con **excelente comunicación, conocimientos en turismo, orientación al cliente y capacidad de liderazgo**. Es deseable contar con certificaciones en primeros auxilios y un buen nivel de condición física, especialmente para excursiones en entornos naturales o de aventura.
