Los pintores de construcción y mantenimiento se dedican a pintar una variedad de superficies, incluyendo paredes, equipos, edificios, puentes y otras estructuras. Utilizan herramientas como pinceles, rodillos y pistolas de aspersión de pintura para aplicar la pintura. Además, pueden realizar tareas de preparación como quitar capas de pintura vieja para asegurar una superficie adecuada antes de aplicar la nueva capa. También pueden realizar mezclas de colores o aceites para obtener la tonalidad o consistencia deseada en la pintura.
Tareas Típicas del Puesto:
- Rellenan grietas, agujeros o juntas con sello, masilla, yeso u otros rellenadores, utilizando pistolas de calafateo o navajas de enmasillado.
- Cubren las superficies con paños o cinta adhesiva protectora y papel para protegerlas cuando están pintando.
