Los consejeros colaboran con otros profesionales de la salud y agencias de servicios sociales para garantizar que los clientes reciban la atención y los recursos adecuados.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
- Evaluar las necesidades y limitaciones de los clientes para desarrollar planes de rehabilitación personalizados.
- Proporcionar orientación y apoyo emocional a los clientes mientras trabajan para superar sus desafíos.
- Coordinar con otros profesionales, como terapeutas y médicos, para asegurar un enfoque integral en el proceso de rehabilitación.
- Ayudar a los clientes a adquirir habilidades necesarias para la vida diaria, la integración social y el empleo.
- Asistir a los clientes en la búsqueda de empleo y la adaptación al entorno laboral, incluyendo la gestión de entrevistas y la capacitación en el trabajo.
