Descripción del Cargo de Especialista en Capacitación y Desarrollo
Los especialistas en capacitación y desarrollo son responsables de diseñar, implementar y evaluar programas de formación para mejorar las habilidades y el rendimiento de los empleados dentro de una organización. Estos profesionales trabajan estrechamente con los gerentes y otros departamentos para identificar las necesidades de capacitación, desarrollar contenido educativo relevante y garantizar que los programas cumplan con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa. Su objetivo es mejorar la eficiencia y el crecimiento profesional de los empleados, así como fomentar un ambiente de aprendizaje continuo.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
- Identificar las necesidades de capacitación mediante la evaluación del desempeño y el análisis de las habilidades requeridas.
- Diseñar y desarrollar programas de formación presenciales y en línea para empleados de todos los niveles.
- Impartir sesiones de capacitación y coordinar la participación de instructores externos cuando sea necesario.
- Evaluar la efectividad de los programas de capacitación mediante encuestas, pruebas de conocimiento y análisis de rendimiento.
- Actualizar los materiales de capacitación de acuerdo con los cambios en las políticas empresariales o en las normativas de la industria.
- Colaborar con los gerentes de departamento para asegurar que los programas de capacitación se alineen con los objetivos empresariales y de desarrollo de carrera.
El candidato ideal debe tener excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, experiencia en el diseño de programas de capacitación, y capacidad para analizar y mejorar el rendimiento de los empleados. Se valoran conocimientos en aprendizaje corporativo y el uso de plataformas de gestión del aprendizaje (LMS).
