Descripción del Cargo de Gerente de Capacitación y Desarrollo
Los Gerentes de Capacitación y Desarrollo son responsables de diseñar, implementar y supervisar programas que mejoren las habilidades y conocimientos del personal dentro de una organización. Este rol es fundamental para fomentar el crecimiento profesional de los empleados, mejorar el rendimiento laboral y alinear el desarrollo del talento humano con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Evaluar las necesidades de capacitación de la organización y desarrollar programas personalizados.
- Diseñar y coordinar talleres, seminarios, cursos en línea y otras iniciativas de aprendizaje.
- Colaborar con líderes de equipo y gerentes para identificar áreas de mejora en el desempeño del personal.
- Seleccionar y gestionar proveedores externos de capacitación y recursos educativos.
- Monitorear y evaluar la efectividad de los programas de capacitación y realizar ajustes según sea necesario.
- Gestionar presupuestos de capacitación y garantizar el uso eficiente de los recursos.
