Descripción General del Cargo de Especialista en Compensaciones, Beneficios y Análisis Ocupacional

Los especialistas en compensaciones, beneficios y análisis ocupacional son responsables de diseñar, implementar y gestionar los programas de compensación y beneficios de una organización, asegurándose de que sean competitivos y cumplan con las normativas laborales. También realizan análisis ocupacionales para evaluar la estructura salarial, definir descripciones de puestos y asegurar la equidad interna.
