El Gerente de Compensaciones y Beneficios es responsable de diseñar, implementar y supervisar estrategias de remuneración y paquetes de beneficios que atraigan y retengan talento, mientras se alinean con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización. Este puesto es clave para garantizar que la empresa ofrezca una compensación competitiva en el mercado y mantenga la satisfacción de sus empleados.

Principales Actividades

  • Desarrollar y administrar estructuras salariales competitivas, considerando las tendencias del mercado y el cumplimiento de las regulaciones laborales.
  • Supervisar y optimizar los programas de beneficios, incluyendo seguros médicos, planes de jubilación, bonos y recompensas.
  • Realizar análisis salariales y estudios de mercado para garantizar la equidad interna y competitividad externa.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de recursos humanos y finanzas para presupuestar y controlar los costos de compensación y beneficios.
  • Diseñar políticas de incentivos para aumentar la productividad y el compromiso de los empleados.
  • Proporcionar capacitación y orientación a líderes y gerentes sobre las mejores prácticas en compensación y beneficios.
